reply when we quote. We don't just turn up and
play music.
In answer to
a number of questions we get asked we have
developed this honesty page. It helps you get an
idea of what is involved in our work and the
effort involved in insuring your successful
event.

Just like a
theatrical production requires plenty of time,
effort, manpower and investment to insure it's
success. All our clients events are important -
they are mobile disco productions.
In both cases, large groups of people are being
entertained so things can't go wrong!
PRE-PRODUCTION TIME
Bronze
Packages
usually
take on average 6-8 hours of time devoted to
talking and preparing for your event. This is
all the phone and web site support, emailing,
pre-visit, consultations with you and venue
management and planning time.
Total = Average +6
hours
(This is by default on all our disco packages.)
Silver
packages
require us to
communicate via email/telephone or meet up in
person with a nominated guests to ensure they
are all prepared for the pictures for your
event. This package also requires plenty of time
to courier cameras/scan/create/animate and build graphics with
slideshows and bring along additional equipment
and effects.

On top of all this
are expenses such as dry-cleaning, petrol, wear
and tear, new CD's, tax are all taken into
consideration. And don't forget the equipment
costs - a combined cost of about �15,000 for all
hardware and CD's. Good insurance is a must and
that doesn't come cheap either.
