As you know families are such a
special part of weddings, a union of two

day. With all the time & effort that you have spent
in getting all your guests in one place at a single time,
why not show them pre-planned slideshows they won't
be expecting.
What they might be
expecting is a typical wedding DJ that just plays
jive bunny mixes all night
OR they can
experience a DJSPACEBAR reception and we'll not only
play your music we fuse family slideshows in
segments throughout the evening to ensure everyone
feels as part of the reception. We are also able to show
the actual wedding day pictures professionally
presented that ALL your guests (those that were
present during the day and those arriving later for
the reception party) will be amazed
at - after all

Lets explain what it
looks like and how your guests would see this..
Its around 7.30pm
and you
are about to undertake your first dance!. Evening
guests have just arrived for your party and those
who attended during the day are looking forward to a
fantastic party and reception. DJSPACEBAR sets the
scene and mood and organises with you well
before-hand the music and style.
We start off your first
dance with your personal first dance tune mixed with
subtle lighting, there is a projection screen in the
corner which displays a nice picture of you (the
bride & groom) while you are dancing to your first
dance. The screen will most likely look like this:
Your Wedding invite is the first
impression of your BIG day, we start with that
impression just as the evening starts, its helps
follow the colors/theme of the day right through to
the evening which everybody will relate too.

Your First Dance -
it's just like your wedding vows but for your party
After your first dance,
DJSPACEBAR lets of a special confetti with a bang
cannon around you. This will follow an applause from
the crowd. We then direct attention to your guests
where we announce we'd like everyone to show their
appreciate for you and to come onto the dance floor.
We play a classic track that everyone recognises and
halfway during this track, we unleash a flutter-fetti
cannon over your guests! It really gets everyone in
the party mood.
We play around 15/20
mins of your music after this and then present the
audience with another screen. This is the screen
that guests won't be expecting. Assume it's now
about 7.45....
This screen when
displayed lets guests now the treat in-store for
them and to remind them that we have a great
reception lined up. We don't want people going home
early or sticking at the bar so this ensure that
people get a chance to tell others whats going to be
played later.
Who gets invited to your wedding
reception? All of our slideshows have hidden
meanings and surprises preplanned with you that only
your guests will realise when they see them during
the reception, lets explain:

Its now
8.15pm,
All Evening guests have arrived (even those
who might have turned up late) and its time
to play the first slideshow. There will be
still some of those dancing to the music
currently being played.
The two
most important families are present at your
reception. The Bride and Grooms and a
wedding day depicts the union of two
families and their blessings from them to
you as well as the people who have played an
important part of your upbringing.
This 4 min
slideshow aims to break down barriers and
helps the evening along with a photo montage
of when you were born until you started
dating with your partner. Its fun and really
gets both sides of the family to get to know
each of you better. We mix in appropriate
music & lighting on the night to really set
the mood. |

You'll get a round of applause at the
end of this slideshow and after this slideshow is
complete, we get on to play some more music and give
those guests who want to dance more and those who
wish to head back to the bar for a drink of two or
maybe something to eat.

Its now
8.45pm,
and the party is swinging, people are eating
and drinking and have seen the first
slideshow and now its time for the next one.
We introduce this slideshow and set the
lighting and play the right music relevant
for this show.
This show
is aimed at the history of the bride and
groom, the time you were going out with each
other, your holidays, the places you've been
and the fun times you've had with your
friends. There might even be photos that
your guests might not be expecting in the
past and they'll be glad that you included
them as part of your day.
This 4 min
slideshow aims to show that your friends,
the times you had together shows the love
that you have for each other and all those
at the evening. Again we mix in appropriate
music & lighting during the slideshow to
really set the mood. |

At the end of this slideshow, you'll
get a round of applause and we continue to play
music. Around this time, the pace and tempo of the
music changes so we are playing your appropriate
tracks during this time.

Its now
9.20pm,
and the party is in its element, DJSPACEBAR
have had some fun by playing great music and
interacting with your guests and so we
introduce this slideshow and the music
relevant for this show.
We know
well before-hand about your stag & hen
parties and try to bring that to the big
screen. This show is aimed as a treat for
the stags and hens and a general idea of
what they got up to. Its a surprise for
everyone and we add captions to present a
short story.
Everyone
maybe wished they were at your stag or hen
party and this slideshow aims to show that
to everyone who wasn't there what fun you
folks had. Its not meant to be rude at all
but meant as harmless fun. |

At the end of this slideshow, you'll
get a another round of applause and we let people
know that the final slideshow will be played in due
course. This lets people relax, dance and chill.

Its now
9.50pm
and it's now time to play the
wedding day slideshow. This slideshow is a
10min slideshow which summarises the events
of the day. It contains images that were
taken by the nominated guest who included
pictures of the church, the flowers, the
guests, the limo or carriages, the venue,
all the things that make up the magic of the
day.
We
introduce the slideshow, change the
lighting, play some cool music and let you
and all your guests (especially those that
missed the days events or weren't invited to
the day part) to catch up on the day. The
bride and groom will appreciate too and
quick summary of how the day went. Its
beautifully done and guests will appreciate
it.
All
pictures of the wedding day are posted onto
our website the next day to let "all" guests
around the world who could not make your
wedding be able to get access and download
the pictures for FREE. DJSPACEBAR will take
random evening reception shots too and post
them the next day. It really is a "FAMILY
PARTY" |

Its now 10pm
- That ends the slideshows
for the guests and you will get a massive round of
applause. Around this time, we have seen guests will
have had a chance to mingle, eat, drink and are
already dancing to the music that you have laid on
for them - they will most certainly be feeling
"very" jolly at this time. The tempo of the music
changes and we introduce much more disco and dance
music. The graphics on the projector screen change
to funky moving graphics which works with the
lighting we will be using.
The end of the evening should really
finish on a speech to all the guests and maybe a
last dance or an archway. Let us know what you would

won;t work.

The
Diamond in the Middle was the exact diamond graphics
that was used in the couples wedding stationary. We
use your Wedding theme and colours to follow
your day. After all, when your guests get their
invite, they'll appreciate the consistency.
Each slideshow is
shown as a cool photo montage with cool transitions and they contain around 40-50
images. This equates to about a 3/4 minute slideshow.
Weddings are family
events, great music, great lighting and great
slideshows go together in showing all these
pictures that really excite all guests at your reception
and brings them closer
together. (how often will members of either side get
to see your young growing up pictures) Its a personal
event and one that your guests will feel valued after
being invited especially with some thought and
planning gone into the reception, after all it is a
CELEBRATION!

All our images shown throughout your
evening reception are based around your wedding
invite. Its the one time everyone important is at
your event and guests will feel appreciative that
your reception was the best they'd ever been to. (proof)

Example 4. - The
Wedding Pictures.
In this example, after the first dance,
we put this screen up preparing the guests, that there
will be a cool slideshow played later that evening -
NOW we don't want anyone drifting home early now do
we?
In this case, the clients actual
wedding occurred 2 weeks before the wedding party. We
took all the photos, made some digital corrections and
built fantastic slideshows that guests absolutely
loved. The lilac and blue colors, the wedding heart
etc are all part of wedding invite that guests
receieved. We follow that impression all the way
through to the evening....
Take a look above at the other examples, they
all follow the style and theme of the wedding couples
wedding invites, we even tailor our lighting and
effects during the reception around this as well.
All Slideshows are shown are ordered
and shown in professional manner with appropriate
wedding graphics and titles. They last around 5
minutes each (except wedding (<10mins) but it's a
great way for all members of the family to really
remember your great times together.

We work
with you well beforehand, months before the event to get these images
from you from your friends and family (secretly). As
you imagine, your guests will be "surprised"
when they see the pictures. We
try to even play music from those years selected by
yourselves on the first run of the slideshows, great for mums and dads
and aunts and uncles to really
relive those old
days
The 4th slideshow - the
Wedding Slideshow
is created on-site while the DJ's are setting up
(after the speeches). We
take the best 100+ pictures from the 2 or 3 hundred that might
get taken during the day and create the graphics and
slideshows on site ready for the evening reception. Its great when
your evening guests
who turn up later are able to "catch up" on the days events and actually see
things like what the Church looked like, the Limos or
carriages, bridesmaids and ushers, all your friends
and family in the all important photoshoots etc.
During the Wedding
slideshow, we also display a few slides to show where
your guests can download all the wedding pictures for
FREE
the next day...you also
get a photo CD with all the original photos for
FREE
